Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is a binding contract between you and Tredroom governing your access to and use of the Tredroom platform as a trader sending signals/setup to users/students and other services that we may add later. Please read this document thoroughly before proceeding.

Definitions

"You" or "Trader": An individual who signs up, accesses, or utilizes the Platform to send trade signals/Setups, call online classes and sell courses e.t.c.

Platform User: A person registered as either a Signal/setup receiver and many more advantages offered by their traders allowed by us.

Signal Platform/system : A Platform traders submits trading alerts and setups and many more trading advantages allowed by us.

Signal Receiver: A Platform User who subscribes to and obtains trading alerts.

Subscription Plan: The chosen package (e.g., monthly, semi-annual, annual) granting access to tools traders need to send signals and course materials.

Service Fee: The amount charged for your selected Subscription Plan.

Platform: The Tredroom web service that manages user registrations, subscription billing, and signal distribution.

Registration Requirements

To use the Platform, you must provide accurate and current information during sign-up, including payment details when subscribing. You agree to keep these details updated. Tredroom may request additional information or suspend your account if your data is incomplete or inaccurate. By creating an account, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contractual agreement.

Signal Distribution

Tredroom facilitates the delivery of trading alerts and setups from Signal Providers or Traders to Signal Receivers also the student. We may pause or delay distribution of any signals that appear fraudulent or violate our policies. By using the Platform, you authorize us to process and forward your trading notifications as needed even if automations are on.

Use Restrictions

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Platform without notice. This includes changes to Price, availability, features, or subscription offerings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and disclaim liability for interruptions due to force majeure, technical failures, or maintenance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all actions performed under your login. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach,and anything that may result to an alert ,This is not a best platfomr for scummers and money laudering.

Privacy

Your personal data collected through the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Fees and Payments

You agree to pay all fees associated with your Subscription Plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Tredroom may change pricing or introduce new charges at any time by posting notice on the Platform.

Dispute Resolution

We provide tools for Traders to resolve disputes regarding signals or services. If parties cannot reach an agreement, Tredroom may mediate upon request.

Disclaimer

Tredroom is not a financial institution and does not provide trading advice. We are not liable for the accuracy or outcomes of any signals shared on the Platform and we insist that we do not store traders money or even users , we use third party payment providers.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion for policy violations, inactivity, or other reasons. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.We insist that this is a helping platform and not for people willing to take their students money by force,upon repost , yout account will be deactivated and nor refunds will be made even if you had millions of dollars as your account balance and you did not withdraw.

50+ 1 Rule

Each signal or setup has a like and deslike, if a trader gets 50% + 1 deslikes, calculations originated from the total number of users/students then the traders account will have be raising an alert and this show that the trader or you cannot give valid trade signals/setups thus your account will be deactivated and you won't recover it instead we will refund all your users/student with your balance available for withdrawal.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

Changes to Terms

Tredroom may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
